American National Insurance sets 77-cent dividend (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

American National Insurance Co. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 77 cents per share. The insurance company said the dividend is payable Dec. 19 to shareholders of record on Dec. 5.
