Democrats Seek To Curb Insurance Increases (NPR)

Legislation taking shape in the Energy and Commerce Committee would limit annual price increases for insurance policies sold under a health care bill. It would also allow the government to negotiate directly with pharmaceutical companies for lower prices on drugs under Medicare.
