SeaBright Insurance names COO (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

SeaBright Insurance Holdings Inc. said Friday that it named Richard J. Gergasko its chief operating officer. The Seattle-based insurer also elected him president and chief operating officer of its SeaBright Insurance Company subsidiary, where he will replace John G.
